In past versions of BBEdit I was able to switch the syntax coloring of
an open document by clicking on the test option at the top of the
window and selecting "language" and then selecting the language that I
wanted to code in.

This was useful to me if I were programing in multiple languages on a
single page (Example: HTML, JavaScript, PHP) and I wanted to view the
syntax coloring differently for each language.

In BBEdit 9 this option is not available in the window space. How do I
go about changing syntax coloring on the fly?
