Now, why on earth would you do that? :-) Writing to support 
helps us gather information and figure out what to do next. Not 
writing to support fails to do so.

Writing to support when you have a problem, even if you think 
it's not unique: WIN.

Not writing to support when you have a problem, even because you 
think someone else might have already reported it: FAIL.
