Jim,

I just sent in a message to support with more details. Part of the
problem is that it wasn't totally clear how you would fix this,
although most of the files were below the project in the file path so
they were relative to the project file.

I just opened the project file in TextWrangler and did a search and
replace on the paths and that worked.
