Sorry, I should have been a little more specific. What I meant was
when I'm comparing folders, not a pair of files. I want to be able to
see ALL of the difference, not just the one file I'm clicking on. And
if I "select all" in the "In Both" window, I cannot do an export.
Also, if I choose print, it only prints the files names.

What I'm looking for is more along the lines of a "report" of all the
differences. I'm collaborating on a large website with someone and we
need to share our changes with each other. I thought that this would
be a could way and was hoping BBEdit would cater to that. But it's
looking like that's not the case.
