If you'd like to ENSURE that .php file open in BBEdit instead of  
Dreamweaver... well, you might have to change the file type. However,  
I've not encountered this myself, .php files on my machine open in  
BBEdit. OTOH, I don't have Dreamweaver installed (or any CS#  
applications).
