This warning is really annoying, despite the workaround. I've been using BBEdit for about 15 years without this new warning in 9.3, and the world has not come to an end. Why must it be persistent? All I want is a little box to tick: "Don't warn me again. I know what I'm doing." Or instructions to hack the BBEdit plist. Or a tiny pony.
