I'm a little confused about what you're trying to accomplish; can you explain the big picture? Note that "Replace All" is an action in a text factory; so if you're just writing a script to do a Replace All and then run that script from a "Run Script" factory step, you're much much better off just doing the Replace All as a direct action...
