Following a bit of early feedback (thanks Ted): I want to highlight that there's a test file for Complete.scpt in the Tools subfolder. I've just added some instructions and removed a dependency on the Zend Framework Ctags file so you should be able to get that working with just a default BBEdit install -- any problems please let me know -- I'll get working on more informative error messages. :-)
