I have the same problem: --The files are on my local drive, not on a remote server. There isn't even a server connected.
--Nobody else is accessing the files and I only have them open in one program. --"Automatically refresh documents as they change on disk" is not selected. --It sometimes happens to files I've just opened and have made no changes to.
