This is true, but the DVD version is usually months behind the current one. 
Unless you're just testing the waters, you'll be downloading a later version 
anyway, so I'd advise going to connect.apple.com with your ADC ID and password, 
and doing the download sooner rather than later.

(However. Unless you're doing iPad development, you might consider downloading 
Xcode 3.2.1 instead of 3.2.2, which can hang when you clean a project. On yet 
another hand, if I weren't using the IDE at all, I'd go with the latest 
version.)
