Hi,
I'm using BBEdit 9.5.1 to write some C code. But every time I type
quote, it shows curly quotes (“ ”), instead of straight ones ("). And
during compilation, these quotes are not recognized by compiler. Now
every time I have to manually convert them by "Straighten Quotes"
under "Text" Option, which is very annoying. I've tried to disable
"Use typographer's quotes" under "Editor defaults", but it does not
work. Can anyone tell me how to make quotes straight by default?
