The Find Differences dialog box has an option for applying a
file filter when doing a folder compare. File filters offer many
terms, one of which is to filter each file's contents through a
Grep pattern. There's not much room in the UI for editing the
pattern, but conceptually at least :-) it is possible to do what
you need.
