Suddenly every html file opens in Uni-8, no BOM. They're all CHARSET=iso-8859-1.
In my Text Encoding prefs Link is checked, both pops are Western ISO- L1 and the use UTF checkbox is off. Tried restore defaults too. Is there some other place this is set?
