When that feature was present, it was controlled by a BBEdit prefs option rather than the system prefs. If you wish to sync this folder across multiple computers, we recommend the use of DropBox or something like it. To do this, just place BBEdit's app support folder within your "DropBox" folder, then put an alias to it in the standard location (~/Library/Application Support/).
