In my 9.5 BBEdit set up, I had 60+ html & plain text related cleaners. These were accessed with the convenient TextSoap palette. The 30+ TextSoap cleaners that I have configured for the Services menu are different—primarily for working with RTF and accessed with a QuicKeys toolbar.
The 9.5 setup was very convenient because I could apply a cleaner and immediately see the results—syntax coloring and preview window.
