I'm sorry to hear that NetNewsWire is dropping support for 32-bit Macs because Flash behaves better on 64-bit machines. In my over 4 year experience with NetNewsWire, I can honestly say I've never blamed NetNewsWire for Flash issues. Perhaps this is because I open all links in the default browser. As someone severely impacted by the economics of the past few years, I am unable to upgrade to a 64-bit machine in order to run a single application. I'm encouraged that other newsreader developers (NewsRack, Reeder) intend to hold Flash accountable for Flash issues, and not impose un-necessary restrictions on their users.
