As for exuberants tags - it sounds like a great way to get some code
completion for python. But I am at a loss as to exactly what commands
to run with ctags and in particular in which directory I should be
when I do it.
I would greatly appreciate it if I could get some help on this matter.
Needless to say, I am a beginner.
Have you looked in the manual yet? That combined with the site
for ctags taught me everything I needed to get ctags working for
my projects.
In my case, I have one tags file at the top level of my
projects' working directories.
