There has to be a way to do this, but I have no idea how to do it.

Here's a really long comment:

what I would like to do is highlight it and click a button to reformat
it and end up with this:

I want the lines to be no longer than 76 characters.

If I have "#[tab]" as the start of the comment, then use that for each
of the lines.
