1) Is there a way to tell BBEdit that "any file that ends with .foo
should always be considered X file type?"

(By file types I mean these: https://skitch.com/luomat/fkr6t/bbedit-file-types
)

2) Assuming 'yes' for #1, is the process the same for filetypes even
if BBEdit already knows the extension?

(For example, I use files ending with ".f" for zsh/bash "functions"
but BBEdit thinks they are FORTRAN files.)

3) When I am in BBEdit, is there a way to open the "file type
picker" (the panel shown in the skitch image above) with the keyboard?
