I sent this to support@ but just mentioning it here: At least the "Color Schemes" and "Language Modules" do not look in a BBEdit folder moved to Dropbox - to add language modules or color schemes they must be in ~/Library/Application Support/BBEdit. There may be other folders but these two I've noticed so far.
