Just a quick listmom note here: ordinarily we don't mind
overmuch if you send a duplicate message to the list and to
support -- it *is* duplicated effort, but we can manage it. But
right now, we're running as fast as we can to stay on top of
customer service, upgrade inquiries, support, and more, and so
every minute counts. So for now if you can take care to send
email to one place, or the other, but not both, all of us will
be deeply grateful. :-)
