"Open File Selection" (as amended in second post a minute later, sorry!)

I then tried to enter it by hand (as you just did), was told it couldn't be found. My BASE HREF, and the URLs, were unchanged from 2 minutes before when I was using version 9. My root URL had been correctly transferred from my old settings. The files are there, of course. The document is http://penelope.uchicago.edu/Thayer/E/Gazetteer/Places/Europe/Italy/Umbria/Perugia/Todi/Pontecuti/home.html and any of my own URLs linked there will work online (as one can see), and exist on my hard drive at the proper location; but none of them accepts "Open File Selection".
