Hi. Posted about this during that rush the first few hours after
BBEdit 10 was released. But I've done a bit more experimenting
with it since then and discovered the following:
Setting item visibility in the Menus & Shortcuts preference does
not work for me with any menu item that has submenus. If there
is a disclosure triangle, I cannot hide that menu or any of its
individual menu items.
I can hide any of the top-level menus that are not grayed out.
I have not tested every single menu item but that does seem to
be the pattern.
Anyone else?
BBEdit 10.0.1 on OSX 10.6.8.
