Might just be me but I often find myself frustrated when a window is Docked, but gets brought out just so the document I just opened in the Finder can open in the frontmost window.
It would be great if, in this case, BBEdit treated the situation as if no window were open. If I do have a window visible, I *do* want the opened file to open into it, but if I don't, it would be great if it opened on its own instead of pulling windows out of the Dock. -- It would be nice if multi-file find-and-replace grouped "Open Text Documents" into selectable collections of the windows in which they reside. Sometimes I have two (or more) windows with multiple documents open in each and I want to do a find & replace on all the documents in just one of the windows. But to go through and selected 20 documents one at a time is a bit of a pain. (Maybe the "Project" turndown could just be a "Windows" turndown that contained both project windows and regular document-group windows.
