I am experiencing the same frustration. I made the comments below on
another discussion relating to anchors...

--------------------
I have experienced the same frustrations with anchors (and images) and
this morning have opted to downgrade back to 9.6.

In 9.6 I can rapidly insert an anchor with keyboard shortcuts: Command
+ Ctrl + A = insert anchor with cursor already in the href field.
After which I can tab through other popular options.

[9.6 is great for images too: Command + Ctrl + I = insert image with
cursor in Scr field. Then Command + O opens a file browser window -
and remembers where I was previously. In another advantage over 10 I
can then get BBedit to recalculate the dimensions of my image by
clicking the 'refresh' button (as a web designer this is very useful
when I'm experimenting with different image dimensions)].

A very useful feature of 9 is when you are in pop-up options box
pressing Command shows all the shortcuts for that window.

In summary I feel 10 lacks the keyboard shortcuts to preform common
HTML editing task quickly. That said I do trust the BBEdit team and
worry that I'm missing something.
