Check your line breaks in the script file; are they set to LF or CR?
What happens when you run the script from Terminal?
Hi, Charlie.
I re-wrote the script using vim in Terminal & got:
‘-bash: foo_bar.sh: command not found’
When run from BBEdit (line breaks are set to LF) it throws the
shebang line error.
I’m starting to think that it’s a bash/shell/unix problem &
not BBEdit’s fault hence I’m causing unnecessary noise on
the list. Apologies to all...
Cheers,
Phil.
