I was pretty excited to see the advances in the markup tools promised in V10. So I was very disheartened the first time I highlighted a link and chose the anchor tool to see the incredibly minimal new anchor tool, with none of the basic options previously available, requiring more clicks to get to options like target=, and then to find no options for the parameters. It seems like the tools have gone backwards, although they're prettier to look at (I guess). Overall they're more cumbersome and less useful than before, and I find myself hand-coding more than I was with V9. Given a number of other quirks with V10 I'm still, several weeks in, considering returning to V9.
