I do just that regularly but I'm sure I'll get laughed at for my brute force approach:
1. Copy the addresses to be removed from the one file and paste them into the large list file. You would theoretically now have two of each address to be removed in the large list file. 2. Use the Text->Process Duplicate Lines... command, select the "Delete duplicate lines" option, then click Process. Note that I'm still on BBEdit 9.6.3 under Snow Leopard - not sure if Process Duplicate Lines still exists or is in the same menu...
