I think that old one window Find version is no longer an option. You just need to go to the Multi-File Search window (cmd-shift-F) instead of the normal Find (cmd-F).

If you've already entered search/replace strings they will automatically appear in the Multi-File Search window so, you don't have to re-enter them.

If you want to change keyboard shortcuts you can go to Preferences-> Menus & Shortcuts to assign a new key combo to Multi-File search. When you see the key combo on the right side of the list double-click it to edit.

I just installed BBEdit on a new computer and the "Find and Replace"
screen is different from that of my older computer. I remember there
was something I had to to to enable this more inclusive window -
allowing me to search open files or current file from a single window
instead of having two different options in the menu bar for it.

How can I get this version of the "Find and Replace" window?
