As with HTML files, I would like to be able to Preview my work as I go along.
Might there be a chance of linking up with Kitabu as a helper app?

In the same area (ePub), I am very interested in hearing what others may be
doing with BBEdit and those ePub variants for which there are no
wordprocessor-like editing applications (e.g. Pages). Specifically, I am
interested in both "fixed layout" and "read aloud."

There are guidelines and examples on iTunes Connect and these new approaches
have been discussed publicly elsewhere (Pigs, Gourds and Wikis for example).
However, Apple's approach to this using Audacity and other free tools seems to
be far less tan optimal.

So, is anyone else here working on either/both "fixed layout" and "read aloud"
such that they have something to share on ways and means to do this kind of
work more easily and quickly???
