I think you are being a little unfair here, Rich addressed the moderation issue, it looks like you are in Europe and they are on the East Coast of the US so there is a time difference. They have lives so I do not expect them to be on the group 24/7/*.
And I think they have addressed your issues, even the ones they have no control over, and a number of people have chimed in with a variety of solutions, both free and pay-for.
