Cornerstone and Versions both work great with BBEdit/SVN. Cornerstone is better configurable and has some options Versions does not have, so make sure to try them both, but for most tasks the BBEdit options for SVN are good enough.
…I use Versions at work and Cornerstone at home: the repositories I use are all "local" and shared with Dropbox.
