I looked in the Edit menu, and found "Delete Line," with the key equivalent of
ctrl-shift-delete.
I lie. I actually looked in the Menus & Shortcuts panel of the Preferences
window, and browsed the menus there. The listings will show commands directly
that the menus would not display unless you hold down shift and/or option.
The panel also permits setting another key equivalent. If you can do without
immediate access to File > Open File by Name/Open Selection, you could even
change it to cmd-D.
