Switching between these two OS versions has likely confused the heck out of Launch Services (the system mechanism which keeps track of apps). :-) If clicking "Restore Defaults" in the Preview Helpers preference panel doesn't do the job, you can add any desired browser directly to the list by clicking the plus (+) button and selecting that browser.
