A friend is using something called PHPStorm to work on PHP projects. He showed me a function where he can select a function call (e.g. "$class_instance->doSomething()") and with a key command, jump to where in the class definition that function is defined in (even if the class is defined in a different file in the project).
BBEdit has something called "Find Definition" but it doesn't seem to do the same thing.
