As François mentioned earlier, I also suspect something (perhaps a firewall) is interfering with passive FTP connections from your office location. Thus, I recommend you switch to connecting via SFTP instead of FTP, which should avoid that issue and will give you a secure connection into the bargain. :-) (PS: In the event you have any other trouble, please contact tech support <[email protected]> as we'll need to gather more details.)
