As François mentioned earlier, I also suspect something (perhaps a
firewall) is interfering with passive FTP connections from your office
location.

Thus, I recommend you switch to connecting via SFTP instead of FTP, which
should avoid that issue and will give you a secure connection into the
bargain. :-)
