"Copy Path" will shorten the path to be home-relative, if the file is in a subdirectory of your home directory, e.g.

    ~/Sites/foo/bar/mumble/grumble.txt vs.
    /Users/siegel/Sites/foo/bar/mumble/grumble.txt
