What is wrong with http://www.xml-sitemaps.com/? It creates the Suite
Maps you are looking for.

I looked at all the suggestions posted and none really fit the bill.
Google searches have HTML 'displayable' and Google XML search
submission site maps all mixed up, as do a lot of the suggestions on
this thread.
