That is weird. :)
Which version of OS X are you using?
You have the most recent version of BBEdit?
You've tried restarting BBEdit?
You've tried rebooting?
What kind of script is it? An Applescript? You've tried recompiling it?
You've tried saving it to a new script file?
If you still have problems after that you should file a report with support.
