Last week I installed Mountain Lion on my Mac Pro's second partition. Previously I was running Snow Leopard. Is there any way to move the dictionary and other preference files (like the many documents that were open on every startup) to my new install of BBE 10.5.7?

The best way to do this is to use Apple's "Migration Assistant" to copy data from your original partition to the new one.

Someday I'll look back on all this and laugh... until they sedate me.
