This seems to crop every so often. You might search the archives for more 
details but it has to do with the way OSX caches fonts. Rebuilding the cache 
fixes it. I believe tools like Cocktail can help and there is of course a 
command line way of doing it. I used to have an TextExpander shortcut to fix it 
but seem to have misplaced it. Guess I will have to go find it at some point 
myself.
