I just noticed this in BBEdit 10.5.8 ... I *think* it's a bug, but it's so
useful I think it should be a feature!

Steps to repro:
1. Open a document in BBEdit
2. Create a split-pane view (drag the Split Bar down so you have two
windows open on the document, stacked vertically).
3. Make sure "Show Line Numbers" and "Show Gutter" are on so you can see
the selection gutter and line numbers in the left column.
3. Using a scroll wheel or Magic mouse swipe up/down, scroll the top or
bottom windows normally. Nothing to see here.
4. Now try the same scroll wheel scrolling with the mouse in the GUTTER
(point over the line numbers and use the scroll wheel or swipe).

Notice how, when the mouse pointer is in the normal text area, the scroll
wheel scrolls THAT window. But when the mouse pointer is over the gutter,
it always scrolls the TOP window, even when the mouse pointer is over the
BOTTOM window gutter.

Don't know if its intentional, but it's kinda useful :)
