Hi I use BBEdit to write Python code, and C, Java, Perl, and others. Works fine for me. Then again I have pretty much lived in BBEdit since it came out.
I use Dash which I find invaluable. And I also use CodeRunner (there is also a Python Runner) to test little snippets of code.
