With Fetch, double-clicking downloads the file, so you have to select the 
file, then click the edit button.

However, Fetch features mirroring, and you can save mirror settings -- 
allowing you to double-click the Finder icon and have your 
site/folder/whatever mirrored.

Also, Fetch stores it's settings in your Dropbox account, so when you move 
from your desktop machine to your laptop, each of your bookmarks is there.

I just looked at the websites for Interarchy, Yummy FTP, Transmit, and 
Expandrive, and each seems to offer some really nice features, but 
mirroring and setting/bookmark access are two big reasons why I haven't 
felt compelled to switch from Fetch.
