Try to activate the CSS-Palette unter Window -> Palettes. In the dialog box
for «Text» you can edit a lot of attributes, even the color in a separate
palette.
And with a shortcut you can open the color palette. Go to Preferences ->
Menus & Shortcuts -> Window -> Palettes and define your own shortcut. Then
you get with a mouse click the hexdec color value within your code.
If you write a lot of CSS and App code then i recommand you an autotext app
like Typinator.
