If you 'maximize' the new Find Diffs window (Option-green window button), then go full-screen (option green), when you exit full screen, the window titlebar of the Find Diffs window will remain underneath the system Menubar, so it can no longer be moved.
Found a workaround: Minimize the Find Diffs window to the dock then restore. Toolbar is now visible. -- This is the BBEdit Talk public discussion group.
