I don't think there is, but as Lawrence intimated you can save patterns that 
you find useful by selecting "Save.." on the little "g" menu near the 
Next/Previous buttons in the Find/Replace dialog box.

The "Expert Preferences" which BBEdit has can be found from the main BBEdit 
Help window off the Help menu.  It's useful to glance through them when you 
can't find something in the Preferences, but feel like there must be a setting 
somewhere.  But, I don't see a preference that matches what you want in there.
