We have a dual boot iMac with one install of Snow Leopard and
one with Mavericks. We recently purchased a license for BBEdit
11 and installed it on Mavericks. We are unable to enter the
license we received with success. After entering the license
serial number we try to click "OK" but "OK" is greyed out. Can
someone enlighten us?
The usual reasons are that the license code was typed
incorrectly, or that the license code you're entering is not for
the version you're running (e.g. you have an old version
installed but are trying to use a new license code).
If you are still stuck, please write to support with a screen
shot of your Enter License dialog showing the license code for
further assistance.

Someday I'll look back on all this and laugh... until they
