Well, there is a way if you have only one main BBEdit window open. The 
Command-` keyboard shortcut bring you back into the main window from the 
Find dialogue window. Then you can activate the Goto Line command (Command 
-J) and enter 1 and then the Return key to go to the top of the document 
and then Command-F to get back to the Find dialogue so you can start a 
sequential search through the document. This can all be done with Keyboard 
Maestro.

If you have two or more BBEdit windows open it is less straight-forward 
because the Command-` keyboard shortcut cycles through all the windows.
