Greetings, Chris, et al.! > I've been using this general methodology, since BBEdit got AppleScript support.
As have I. Please excuse me for not being more clear; I assumed that this had been covered at length, long ago, but searching the archives was unsuccessful. The issue is that all prior versions of BBEdit kept any given window where I last left it. BBEdit 11 is randomly (sometimes, sometimes not) moving the newly reopened window ~44 pixels to the right (aka “tiling”), for no apparent reason, without my approval. Yes, I can smack a hot key and get it back to its proper bounds, but it is an annoyance that need not be, especially given BBEdit’s (deservedly!) world-famous stability and reliability. Having been forced to “upgrade” from OS X 10.6.8 to 10.10.5 has been such a nightmare that this issue has been on the back burner for many months. Thus my (minor) frustration. ;-) Thoughts?
